Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept credit card for most customers from most countries and regions. However, due to large number of online credit fraud, we have some restrictions:

- additional verifying step may be required. we may ask a fax confirmation from the card holder
- we don't accept credit card payment from certain countries (or regions)
- we ship to the same billing address only

Can I pay by Paypal?

Yes, we accept Paypal as long you have a verified user account. 

- We ship to verified address only

Can I download the list?

Yes, if possible we will always try to let you download the list to avoid long shipping delay. However,

- Download is only available for short list 
- Download is not available until your payment is received and verified
- Download option is not available for many credit card payment. 
- We may send you the list to your email box directly if it's small enough (3MB or less, after zipped).

Which format do you deliver?

We will deliver the list in MS Access or CSV format (for extra large list)

If you don't have MS Access installed, you can request a MS Excel format (if your list is small enough) or download a free MDB reader from our website.

Usually the list will be compressed in zip format so you need a unzip tool.

How update are your data?

We refresh our database as soon as new source are available. However, data for some regions may be several months old. We usually remove very old data from our database if no update is available.

Businesses are changing everyday. But for most developed regions, most businesses remain stable even after several months or years. 

To check if our data is good for your project, please:

- Check the samples to see if we have all the fields (columns) you need
- Purchase a small list for a test drive.
When you purchase a larger list later, we can refund the small one you already paid if it's covered by the later order.

Can I return the list for Refund?

Sorry we don't accept return for refund once a list is out. Lists (leads) and other information products are one-time usage products and we can not accept the return for refund for them.

If you are not sure if our list can match your requirement, we suggest that you always try a small purchase first. We have many small lists costs only about 20 dollars.
